I. Seat reservation and registration:
1. Limited Seats are available, reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Reservation of slots will be made only after receipt of registration. This event/training is billable unless cancelled.
3. Members' rate will be given to members in good standing as of September 30, 2024
4. Late registration shall be subject to availability.
II. Cancellation policy:
Participants must formally email the secretariat.
7-5 days before the 1st session of the event/review - 75% refund
2-4 days before the 1st session of the event/review - 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before the session of the event/review - no refund/billable
No-show participants - no refund/billable
III. Replacement of Participants:
1. Companies must formally email the Secretariat of any changes on the registered participants, strictly within 7 business
days before the event/training.
2. Changes of registered participants done AFTER the said period, will incur a 10% charge payable on the day of the
event/training.
IV. Payment:

For online Registrants - Presentation materials (.pdf), Certificate of Attendance (soft copy), Raffle
Raffle Prizes:
Grand Prizes will be given for both online & on-site Participants
Winners must be present, for both online and on-site, to qualify for the grand prizes
Certificate of Attendance:
- 20 CPE units (but will depend on the participant's attendance validation)
- Additional instructions/details will be given before the event.
- Shall be released upon full payment.

VII. ACFE PHILIPPINES CHAPTER reserves the right to change the venue, format and/or cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not met. In case of change of venue and/or cancellation of the event, all registered participants shall be informed via email and text messages at least 15 days before the start of the said event/training.
