Stephanie W. Telles, a native New Mexican, is the product of its public schools, its rich culture and history, and of course its green and red chile. She currently serves as the Director of the Government Accountability Office at the New Mexico Office of the State Auditor.
She lives in Albuquerque with her educator husband, Adrian, their two dogs, Ginny and Apollo, and just last year they welcomed into the world their daughter, Autumn Olivia. She is passionate about helping her community and currently chairs the Central New Mexico Walk to End Alzheimer’s and is a proud Board member for the New Mexico Chapter of the ACFE. In 2020 she was honored with a Diverse Business Leader award and 2018 was named one of New Mexico’s 40 Under Forty both by Albuquerque Business First. She is a dedicated leader with nearly 20 years of professional experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree Government and Philosophy -with an emphasis on ethics - from New Mexico State University (Go Aggies!), an MBA from the University of New Mexico (Everyone’s a Lobo!), and the Certified Fraud Examiner credential. |
